NSSA Attorney Scope of Work and Requested Information
1.
The firm name and address, and the name and contact information of the primary contact person.
2.
The names of the firm's partners/principals and the number of firm personnel.
3.
Identify all key personnel who may be assigned to work on this project including names,
4.
List the firm's current or recent public entity experience in Intergovernmental Agreements in Oregon.
5.
Must be available to the Client during business and after business hours specifically for Board Meetings.
6.
State if the proposer has been the object of any disciplinary action during the past 3 years.
7.
Explain how the firm proposes to use NSSA/COG personnel if at all, to assist during this process.
8.
Provide an estimated cost of services to be provided for this work.
9.
Describe the firm's policy on other charges including special requests and special reports or broadening the scope of the engagement.
10.
Include a fully executed "Proposal Form" for each proposal for each audit service proposed. Proposers must use the appropriate proposal forms attached as Appendix A, Appendix B, and Appendix C to the RFP document.
11.
Experience working with ORS 190 Organizations, Sanitary and Water Districts,
12.
Experience working with Finance Debt Structures for Utilities
13.
Experience working with Operational Agreements by and between different Political Subdivisions and an ORS 190 and or District.
